Customizing jewellery typically requires a timeframe of 6 to 8 weeks, except during the Chinese New Year period when it might extend to 10 to 12 weeks. Please note that we cannot provide customization services for jewellery from external companies, brands, licensed brands, or specific designs, such as Disney or Hello Kitty.
