The following policy outlines the shipping and delivery procedures of Gold Scale Jewels Pte Ltd (“GOLDSCALE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Order Processing:

1.1 Orders placed and fully paid by 10:00 AM will be processed on the same working day.

1.2 Orders placed and fully paid after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

1.3 Please note that any delivery or collection dates/timings provided by GOLDSCALE are estimates, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense resulting from failure to meet these dates/timings.

2. Self-Collection:

2.1. During the checkout process, indicate whether you prefer self-collection at one of GOLDSCALE’s stores in Singapore or delivery.

2.2. You will receive an email or SMS/WhatsApp notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this notification before collecting your order.

2.3. When collecting your order, present your confirmation email or SMS/WhatsApp notification along with your identification.

2.4. Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving the notification email.

2.5. Refer to the “Visit us / Store Locator” section on GOLDSCALE’s website for the opening hours of our retail stores.

3. Local Delivery (Singapore):

3.1. Free Delivery:

3.1.1 Free local delivery for orders above $500 to your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.

3.1.2 Delivery time will be arranged by the seller.

3.1.3 Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

3.2. Standard Local Shipping

3.2.1 $10.00 local delivery charge applies for delivery upon order confirmation.

3.2.2 Delivery to your doorstep within 3-5 working days.

3.2.3 Delivery time will be arranged by the seller.

3.2.4 Deliveries are made between 12.00 PM and 6:00 PM.

3.2.5 Buyers will be notified via phone call before the delivery.

3.2.6 $10.00 charge will be applied if the buyer misses the delivery.

3.3. Express Delivery:

3.3.1 $15.00 local delivery charge applies for express delivery upon order confirmation.

3.3.2 Delivery to your doorstep within 1-2 working days.

3.3.3 Delivery time will be arranged by the seller.

3.3.4 Deliveries are made between 12.00 PM and 6:00 PM.

3.3.5 Buyers will be notified via phone call before the delivery.

3.3.6 $15.00 charge will be applied if the buyer misses the delivery.

3.3.7 Third-party courier partners will handle the delivery.
